How to remove password for Win2000 ?

hello guys and gals, just wanna ask how to remove the password for WINDOWS 2000? because when I opened my officemates computer it has a password, the user is administrator, as we all know like WinXP has shortcuts to remove the password right? so how about for Win2000? is there any shortcuts or software to use? you immediate response is highly appreciated. thanks.

where is the passowrd? when the computer boots, or after its already booted, and you go to log on?

if you press "ctrl+alt+del" twice quickly, will reveal an admin login screen, that might be default. or if he has a guest account you can login as a guest and crack the pword with something like l0phtcrack

just leave it outside over night, someone will steal it

stealing passwords is so common these days

Sunjester, i see a welcome note for Win2000 then a Win log-on " it shows a User : Administrator Password : ? that's what i'm looking for. I think it was first boot.
